Our all-inclusive membership plans guarantee a fully-furnished home, utilities, unlimited Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, maintenance, access to community events and the assistance of our friendly Community Managers whenever you need.
Whether it's a private apartment or a room, our homes are move-in ready, customed design and fully furnished with stylish contemporary furniture, kitchen equipment and utensils.
As much as we love animals, our shared apartments have a strict no-pets policy. However, pets are allowed if you choose a private apartment!

Our lineup of events range from restaurant and bar takeovers, yoga sessions and social impact opportunities, to BBQs, movie screenings and games nights. We’re always open to hosting new events to cater for a variety of interests and experiences.
For now, our minimum lease period in Singapore is 3 months. However, we are launching a new co-living property at Cantonment where the minimum stay is just 1 week!
For Hong Kong and Sydney, our minimum lease period is 1 month.
We'll need a copy of your Passport/ID/IC and a copy of a valid visa/employment pass. That's it!
If there are no accident or damage cost incurred to you, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days after your move-out.
Absolutely! We can refund your deposit to any account that you provide us with.
We require the security deposit amount to be paid before your move in. Your invoice can be paid a few days after your move in (through your account from abroad or after you open your bank account).
Whether you’re leaving the country, relocating or would like to change your neighbourhood, you’ll have to inform us 30 days in advanced.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. If you moved in mid-month, your rent will be prorated from the day of the month you moved in with us.
