Of course! We welcome visits and viewings. We know choosing a home is a big decision to make, which is why all our viewings are obligation-free.

How are your rooms and flats furnished?

Your apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, access to a bathroom, basic appliances, aircon, a refrigerator, wardrobe, a communal/dining/living area, and access to a washer-dryer. Certain rooms or apartments may also come with extra amenities like access to a pool/gym, a desk & chair, or a balcony.

Your monthly rent payment includes a fully furnished flat, internet, utilities (see below), maintenance, cleaning or housekeeping services, access to your digital Habyt Accounts (Habyt app and Habyt Member portal) to manage all your payments and requests, our great support team, and many more!

We have a minimum 3-month stay for shared and private apartment properties in Singapore, and 1-month in Hong Kong. If you prefer a shorter stay, we’d be delighted to tell you more about our other flexible living options where we have minimum stays from just 1 night.
